Cancellation Policy

Deposits are required to secure appointments. Deposits are non-refundable. Final balances are due at the start of the first session. Clients are able to reschedule cancelled appointments within 72 hours of the cancellation. If a session is not rescheduled within the 72-hour timeframe, clients will forfeit the session and will not be refunded.
